About the Role: We are seeking a skilled AI Specialist with expertise in ChatGPT 4.0 prompt engineering, particularly focused on document ingestion, automation, and AI solution building. You will help develop AI-driven solutions that enhance and automate our client's document management and interaction processes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and fine-tune prompts for ChatGPT 4.0 to handle complex document ingestion and processing scenarios.
  • Design, test, and implement AI-driven automation solutions.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce and Mulesoft teams to integrate AI components.
  • Research and recommend best practices for AI implementations.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize AI models and solutions.
Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience with ChatGPT 4.0 or similar large language models.
  • Proven experience in prompt engineering and designing AI-driven workflows.
  • Experience with document ingestion, classification, and extraction technologies.
  • Strong understanding of APIs and integration with enterprise applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving, research, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Background in NLP (Natural Language Processing) or Machine Learning.
  • Experience working with Salesforce and Mulesoft environments is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with automation tools and RPA (Robotic Process Automation) is a bonus.
