Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled SAP MM/DRC Consultant to support and enhance our procurement and compliance landscape. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SAP Materials Management (MM) and a solid working knowledge of SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC). You will be responsible for optimizing Procure-to-Pay processes and ensuring compliance with local and global e-invoicing and statutory reporting requirements.


Key Responsibilities:

SAP MM Scope:

  • Configure and support Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes: purchase requisitions, orders, goods receipts, invoice verification.

  • Manage material master data, vendor master, pricing procedures, release strategies.

  • Implement and maintain procurement workflows and approval processes.

  • Support integration with FI, SD, and WM modules.

SAP DRC Scope:

  • Implement and maintain SAP Document and Reporting Compliance for vendor invoice reporting (e.g., KSeF, Italy SDI, Hungary RTIR, India e-invoicing).

  • Configure eDocument Cockpit, country-specific DRC content, and compliance settings.

  • Work with tax and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely submission of documents.

  • Handle AIF (Application Interface Framework) errors and reconciliation processes.

  • Support interfaces with SAP PI/PO or SAP BTP Integration Suite for DRC flows.

General Responsibilities:

  • Conduct requirements gathering, design workshops, and create functional specifications.

  • Perform system testing, UAT, and provide end-user training.

  • Monitor legal changes affecting MM/DRC processes and implement necessary updates.

  • Collaborate with developers, business stakeholders, and external vendors (e.g., middleware/tax engine providers).

  • Prepare project documentation and provide post-go-live support.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of SAP MM experience, including configuration and support.

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with SAP DRC or eDocument Framework.

  • Good understanding of e-invoicing legal frameworks (e.g., SAF-T, SDI, SII, KSeF).

  • Strong knowledge of integration points between MM and FI.

  • Familiarity with IDoc processing, XML/JSON formats, and e-signature handling.

  • Experience in SAP ECC or S/4HANA environments.

  • Strong communication and documentation skills.

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SAP AIF, SAP Fiori apps, or SAP BTP Integration.

  • Exposure to tax engines like SAP DRC, Vertex, Avalara, etc.

  • Knowledge of multi-country rollouts and compliance automation tools.

  • SAP MM or DRC certifications are a plus.
