We are looking for an experienced SAP/Salesforce Bid Manager with a strong background in managing complex bid and proposal processes across SAP and Salesforce ecosystems. The ideal candidate combines excellent stakeholder management skills with deep knowledge of enterprise software solutions, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, competitive, and compliant proposals for strategic opportunities.
- Lead and coordinate end-to-end bid management activities for SAP and Salesforce-related opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales, presales, delivery, solution architects, and subject matter experts to develop winning proposals.
- Analyze RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and customer requirements to define bid strategies and response plans.
- Manage proposal timelines, responsibilities, governance processes, and submission deadlines.
- Coordinate solution design inputs, effort estimations, pricing models, and commercial documentation.
- Ensure consistency, quality, and compliance of proposal content with customer requirements and company standards.
- Facilitate bid review meetings, risk assessments, and approval processes throughout the opportunity lifecycle.
- Maintain and continuously improve bid management methodologies, templates, and knowledge repositories.
- Support customer presentations, clarifications, and negotiation activities during the sales cycle.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in bid management, proposal management, or presales support within enterprise software or IT services environments.
- Strong understanding of SAP and Salesforce solutions, services, and implementation methodologies.
- Proven experience managing complex RFP/RFI/RFQ responses and large-scale transformation opportunities.
- Excellent project management and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, presales, delivery, finance, and legal departments.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of pricing, contracts, and proposal governance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and drive bid activities under tight deadlines.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Cloud solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
- Bid management certifications (APMP or equivalent).
- Experience with proposal automation and bid management tools.
- Background in consulting, system integration, or managed services organizations.
