Position Overview:

The SAP EWM Team Leader is responsible for leading the implementation, optimization, and support of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions. This role combines technical expertise, project management, and leadership skills to drive successful EWM deployments and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead SAP EWM Projects: Manage and coordinate EWM implementation and development projects.
  • Team Management: Supervise, mentor, and support SAP consultants and developers.
  • Business Process Optimization: Analyze warehouse logistics processes and improve efficiency.
  • Solution Design & Implementation: Configure and customize SAP EWM to meet business requirements.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business users, IT teams, and external partners.
  • System Integration: Ensure seamless integration of SAP EWM with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
  • Issue Resolution & Support: Provide expert-level troubleshooting and post-go-live support.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: 5+ years in SAP EWM, including full-cycle implementations.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven experience managing teams in SAP environments.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong expertise in SAP EWM configuration, RF framework, inbound/outbound processes, and warehouse automation.
  • Project Management: Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other project methodologies.
  • Integration Knowledge: Understanding of SAP MM, SD, TM, and interfaces (IDOCs, EDI).
  • Communication: Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Languages: Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
