Key Responsibilities
- Participate in SAP MM/PM implementation and support projects including configuration, testing, go-live, and post-go-live support.
- Configure and optimize SAP MM processes such as procurement, inventory management, purchasing, and material master data.
- Configure SAP PM processes including maintenance notifications, work orders, preventive maintenance, equipment, and functional locations.
- Support integration between MM/PM and other SAP modules such as FI/CO, WM/EWM, SD, and PP.
- Analyze business requirements and recommend process improvements for procurement and maintenance operations.
- Support data migration and ensure data quality for materials, vendors, equipment, and maintenance-related master data.
- Create reports and KPIs related to procurement, inventory, maintenance performance, and asset management.
- Provide user training, documentation, troubleshooting, and ongoing support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional business and IT teams during project delivery.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Strong hands-on SAP MM and PM functional experience.
- Good understanding of procurement, inventory management, plant maintenance, and asset management processes.
- Experience with SAP integrations across logistics and finance modules.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- SAP certification in MM or PM is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
Work Experience
- 5+ years of SAP MM/PM consulting experience.
- Experience in manufacturing, automotive, pharmaceuticals, utilities, or other industrial environments.
- Full lifecycle SAP implementation experience is preferred.
