SAP Logistics Consultant - German Speaker

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Logistics Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP logistics modules, particularly Materials Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), Warehouse Management (WM), and Transportation Management (TM). You will be responsible for implementing and optimizing SAP solutions for our clients, providing expert guidance on business processes, and ensuring the seamless integration of logistics functions within the SAP system.

Key Responsibilities

• SAP Implementation: Lead or support the implementation of SAP logistics modules (MM, SD, WM, TM) by configuring, customizing, and testing solutions based on client requirements.
• Business Process Mapping: Work closely with clients to analyze and map their logistics processes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending SAP-based solutions.
• Customization and Configuration: Configure SAP logistics modules to meet the specific needs of clients, ensuring that all business requirements are addressed effectively.
• Integration Management: Ensure seamless integration between SAP logistics modules and other SAP modules (e.g., SAP FI/CO, SAP PP) or third-party systems to optimize end-to-end business processes.
• Project Support: Participate in project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and quality standards.
• User Training and Support: Develop and deliver training sessions for end users, ensuring they are proficient in using SAP logistics solutions. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting post-implementation.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay current on the latest SAP technologies and logistics best practices, providing recommendations for ongoing system optimization and enhancements.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., business analysts, technical consultants, and project managers) to ensure project goals and client expectations are met.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience implementing and configuring SAP logistics modules (MM, SD, WM, TM) in a consulting role or within a large-scale organization.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) are a plus.
• Skills:
  • Strong understanding of SAP MM, SD, WM, and TM modules.
  • Experience with SAP integration (e.g., FI/CO, PP).
  • Ability to conduct business process analysis and deliver solutions to optimize logistics operations.
  • Proficient in SAP configuration, customization, and testing.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and lead projects as needed.
• Languages: Proficiency in [required language(s)].

Preferred

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of SAP Transportation Management (TM) and Advanced Planning.
• Experience in Agile project management methodologies.
