Senior SAP CO Consultant

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP CO Consultant with a minimum of 10 years of SAP experience, specializing in the Controlling (CO) module. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in greenfield implementations and ECC to S/4HANA migrations, and is comfortable working in complex, business-critical SAP environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in full-cycle SAP implementation projects, including blueprinting, design, configuration, testing, and Go-live support.

• Lead and actively contribute to ECC to S/4HANA migration projects, ensuring a smooth transition and stable post-Go-live operations.

• Provide deep functional expertise in SAP CO, supporting business requirements across controlling processes.

• Collaborate closely with finance, business stakeholders, and cross-functional SAP teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Design, configure, and optimize CO processes, including Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Profit Center Accounting, and profitability analysis.

• Support key users and stakeholders throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Identify, analyze, and resolve complex issues related to SAP CO configuration and integrations.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in SAP CO, including configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules, especially FI, MM, SD, and PP.

• Proven experience in business process mapping and translating controlling and financial requirements into SAP solutions.

• Solid understanding of financial and controlling processes in complex organizational environments.

• Hands-on experience with S/4HANA Finance / Controlling innovations is a strong advantage.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and international teams.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

• Fluency in English and Hungarian is required.
