We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in SAP Order-to-Cash (O2C) to lead and coordinate SAP-related initiatives. The role requires close collaboration with technical teams, business stakeholders, and release management to ensure successful delivery of projects within scope, timeline, and quality standards.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage SAP projects with a strong focus on the O2C process, including Orders, Deliveries, Billing, and Accounts Receivable

  • Coordinate end-to-end project activities, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements

  • Apply AGILE project management methodologies to drive efficient and flexible delivery

  • Track and manage project progress, milestones, and deliverables

  • Oversee defect and blocker tracking, prioritization, and resolution

  • Work closely with the Release Management team to plan and deploy initiatives

  • Align with other project streams to manage cross-stream dependencies and integrated issues

  • Define and agree on test scope, and configure SAP Solution Manager accordingly

  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with project governance standards
     

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the SAP environment

  • Strong functional SAP O2C background (Order Management, Deliveries, Billing, Accounts Receivable)

  • Solid understanding and hands-on experience with AGILE methodologies

  • Good working knowledge of JIRA for project and issue tracking

  • Strong experience with SAP Solution Manager

Nice to Have

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively transfer knowledge between technical teams and business users

  • Fluent English is essential; additional European languages are an advantage
