Senior SAP FI/CO Consultant

As a Senior SAP FICO Consultant, you will deliver expert functional consulting across SAP FI and CO while acting as a trusted senior advisor for junior consultants.
 

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior SAP FICO Consultant who combines strong hands-on SAP FI/CO expertise with a mentoring mindset. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality finance solutions in SAP while serving as a senior reference point for junior consultants, supporting their development through close project collaboration and functional guidance.
 

Key Responsibilities

Functional Leadership & Mentoring

• Act as a senior reference and mentor for SAP FICO and junior consultants

• Provide day-to-day functional guidance, best practices, and knowledge sharing

• Support onboarding and skill development through hands-on project collaboration

• Foster a collaborative, high-quality consulting culture within the FICO practice

SAP Consulting & Delivery

• Deliver senior-level functional consulting in SAP FI and CO across implementation, rollout, and optimization projects

• Analyze business and finance requirements and translate them into effective SAP FI/CO solutions

• Support testing, go-live, and post-go-live activities, ensuring solution stability and quality

• Collaborate closely with international project teams and business stakeholders
   

Requirements

• Strong experience as a Senior SAP FICO Consultant

• Solid functional expertise in SAP FI and CO processes

• Consulting mindset with experience mentoring or supporting junior consultants

• Experience in international SAP project environments

• Fluent English (Hungarian or Spanish is a plus)
