Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional projects from initiation to delivery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale projects, excellent stakeholder management skills, and strong leadership capabilities to ensure successful delivery within scope, time, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and close projects according to defined timelines and budgets.

  • Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, resources, and risk mitigation.

  • Monitor and control project progress, ensuring quality standards are met.

  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues.

  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates and reporting.

  • Foster a collaborative environment and manage vendor and third-party relationships as needed.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational processes and PMO standards.

  • Mentor junior project managers and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or equivalent certification required.

  • 7+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.

  • Proven ability to manage large and complex projects across multiple departments.

  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or Asana.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Experience in Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in [specific industry: e.g., IT, Finance, Healthcare, Construction, SAP, etc.].

  • Familiarity with budgeting tools and financial forecasting.

  • Change management experience.
