Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FI/CO/PS Consultant to join our team and support the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), and Project System (PS) modules. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of SAP best practices, integration across modules, and hands-on experience in full lifecycle implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and design SAP FI/CO/PS solutions accordingly

• Configure and customize SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting), CO (Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Internal Orders, Product Costing), and PS modules

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support end-to-end business processes

• Manage and support project systems including WBS elements, networks, planning, budgeting, and settlements

• Perform system testing, support UAT, and manage cut-over activities

• Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvements

• Create functional specifications for enhancements and collaborate with ABAP developers

• Train end-users and support documentation of business processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in SAP FI/CO with strong knowledge of PS

• Experience in at least 2 full-cycle SAP implementations

• Strong integration knowledge with MM, SD, and PP modules

• Solid understanding of business processes in finance and project accounting

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a strong plus

• Excellent communication and client-facing skills

• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

Nice to Have:

• SAP Certification in FI, CO, or PS

• Experience in industries such as construction, engineering, or capital-intensive sectors

• Knowledge of Fiori apps, SAP Activate methodology, or Solution Manage
