We are looking for an SAP/Salesforce Sales Administrator to support sales operations and ensure the smooth execution of sales processes across SAP and Salesforce platforms. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing sales administration activities, CRM data, reporting, and coordination between sales, delivery, finance, and operational teams.
- Support daily sales operations and administrative processes within SAP and Salesforce environments.
- Maintain and update customer, opportunity, contract, and sales pipeline data in Salesforce CRM.
- Manage sales orders, quotations, contracts, and related documentation in SAP and Salesforce systems.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal processes and governance standards.
- Coordinate approval workflows, pricing validations, and commercial documentation throughout the sales cycle.
- Prepare regular sales reports, dashboards, forecasts, and performance metrics for management and sales teams.
- Support contract management activities, including renewals, amendments, and customer documentation tracking.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, legal, and delivery teams to ensure efficient order-to-cash processes.
- Assist in process improvements, system enhancements, and sales operations initiatives.
- Provide administrative support for customer onboarding and account management activities.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales administration, sales operations, CRM administration, or a related role.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM administration and sales process support.
- Working knowledge of SAP sales-related processes, including order management, quotations, and customer master data.
- Strong understanding of sales operations workflows and commercial documentation management.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience preparing reports, dashboards, and sales performance analyses.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- English proficiency for daily business communication.
- Experience with SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) module.
- Knowledge of Salesforce reporting and dashboard configuration.
- Experience supporting software, consulting, or IT services sales organizations.
- Familiarity with contract lifecycle management processes.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI skills.
- Experience with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solutions.
