Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with expertise in Migration Management and/or Test Management to lead and coordinate large-scale SAP or IT transformation projects. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, experience in system migration, and a deep understanding of testing methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end management of system migrations and/or testing phases within IT or SAP projects.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Develop and manage project timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
Coordinate data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and compliance with business and technical requirements.
Oversee test strategy, planning, execution, and defect management, ensuring quality assurance across all project phases.
Manage and align cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, testers, and external vendors.
Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Utilize Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies as appropriate to the project.
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, security policies, and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications:
For Senior Level: Minimum 8+ years of experience in IT project management, with a strong background in system migration and/or test management.
For Medior Level: Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in IT project management, migration, or testing.
Experience in SAP implementation/migration projects or large-scale IT transformation projects is a plus.
Strong knowledge of data migration tools, methodologies, and best practices.
Proficiency in test management frameworks, tools (e.g., HP ALM, JIRA, TestRail), and automation concepts.
Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
Hands-on experience in Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
SAP S/4HANA migration experience is a significant advantage.
ISTQB certification or equivalent is preferred for Test Managers.
PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification is an asset.
Experience in managing offshore/onshore teams.
Industry experience in manufacturing, retail, logistics, or finance is a plus.
