At Lupus Consulting, we are looking for 8 motivated Junior SAP Consultants to join our 2027 Brazilian Junior SAP Consultant Program in Curitiba.

You don’t need to be an SAP expert to apply. What matters most to us is your curiosity, analytical mindset, willingness to learn, and motivation to build a career in international IT consulting.

As part of the program, you’ll receive structured SAP training, work alongside experienced consultants, and gradually take on real responsibilities in international projects.

What You’ll Do

As a Junior SAP Logistics or Finance Consultant, you’ll gradually develop the skills needed to become an independent SAP consultant.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the implementation and customization of SAP solutions in Logistics or Finance.
• Working with experienced consultants to understand client needs and business processes.
• Helping configure SAP systems according to client requirements and best practices.
• Supporting users through training, documentation and troubleshooting.
• Participating in project planning, implementation and testing.
• Learning how companies use SAP to improve their day-to-day operations.
• Working with international colleagues and contributing to global projects.

You’ll receive guidance throughout the program — you are not expected to know everything from day one.

Who We’re Looking For

This program is designed for students and recent graduates who are ready to take their first step into an international consulting career.

You could be a great fit if you are:

• A final-year student in Business, Economics, Logistics, Computer Science or a related field, and able to work at least 3.5 days per week.
• A recent university graduate with a degree in Business, Economics, Logistics, Computer Science or a related field.
• A quick learner who enjoys understanding how things work.
• Analytical, organized and comfortable solving problems.
• A good communicator who enjoys working with people.
• A team player who is open to working in an international environment.
• Curious about technology, business processes and SAP.
• Motivated to continuously learn and grow.

What We Expect From You

• English at minimum B2 level, with the ability to communicate confidently in an international working environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Availability for daily on-site work at our Curitiba office.
