Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SD/LE Consultant to join our team and support the design, implementation, and optimization of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Logistics Execution processes. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in sales order management, pricing, shipping, billing, transportation, and integration with other SAP modules, ensuring efficient logistics operations and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead or support SAP SD/LE configuration and enhancements covering:

    • Sales Orders, Deliveries, Shipments, Billing

    • Pricing Procedures, Output Determination

    • Returns, Credit/Debit Memo Processing

    • Transportation and Route Determination

  • Design and implement Logistics Execution processes including:

    • Outbound deliveries, shipment processing, transportation planning

    • Handling Unit Management (HUM), Packing

  • Configure integration between SD/LE and other SAP modules (FI, MM, WM, EWM, GTS).

  • Work with the business to gather requirements and map to SAP functionality.

  • Prepare and validate functional specifications, collaborate with ABAP developers.

  • Participate in all project phases: blueprinting, realization, testing, training, go-live, and support.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve SD/LE-related issues, ensuring seamless daily operations.

  • Create and maintain system documentation and training materials.

  • Provide support for interfaces with external logistics providers or tax engines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in SAP SD and/or LE configuration and support.

  • Strong understanding of the Order-to-Cash process, delivery processing, and logistics execution.

  • Experience with S/4HANA or ECC environments.

  • Solid understanding of Pricing, Output Control, ATP (Available to Promise), and Copy Control.

  • Knowledge of Shipping Point Determination, Transportation Planning, and delivery scheduling.

  • Experience integrating with FI (invoicing/accounting) and MM (procurement/stock movements).

  • Experience with IDocs, EDI, and 3PL interfaces is a plus.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP SD certification or relevant S/4HANA specialization.

  • Experience with SAP TM, GTS, or EWM.

  • Background in manufacturing, consumer goods, or retail industries.

  • Familiarity with Fiori apps in SD/LE.
