The SAP QM Consultant is responsible for ensuring stable business operations in a post–go-live support environment. The role focuses primarily on incident resolution, hypercare support, and service request handling within SAP Quality Management (QM), while maintaining high service quality and close collaboration with business stakeholders and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide senior-level functional support for SAP QM applications
- Manage and resolve incidents and service requests in line with SLAs
- Support hypercare and post–go-live activities, ensuring smooth system stabilization
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex SAP QM issues and coordinate resolution across teams
- Ensure effective integration between SAP QM and SAP EWM in an S/4HANA environment
- Collaborate closely with production, logistics, and supply chain teams to support business operations
- Work hands-on with local business users, including on-site support when required
- Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and operational stability
- Maintain relevant documentation and ensure adherence to ITSM processes
Requirements
- Minimum 5–8 years of SAP experience, with strong hands-on knowledge of SAP QM
- Proven experience in hypercare or post–go-live support environments
- Solid understanding of production, logistics, and supply chain processes
- Experience with QM integration with SAP EWM on S/4HANA
- Strong background in application support, including incident and service request management
- Hands-on, proactive mindset with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders on-site
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent Hungarian and English (written and spoken)
