Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP PP/QM/PM Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and optimizing the SAP Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), and Plant Maintenance (PM) modules to ensure smooth production, high-quality output, and effective plant maintenance processes for our clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, provide expert SAP solutions, and lead successful implementations.


Key Responsibilities

  • SAP Implementation: Lead or support the implementation of SAP PP, QM, and PM modules, ensuring that solutions are tailored to meet client-specific needs and business objectives.
  • Business Process Analysis: Analyze client production, quality, and maintenance processes, mapping requirements to SAP functionalities and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize SAP PP, QM, and PM modules to align with business requirements and ensure efficient operations.
  • Integration: Ensure seamless integration of SAP PP, QM, and PM with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP PM, SAP PM) and external systems to enhance overall business processes.
  • Testing and Validation: Coordinate and support unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate the functionality and reliability of the SAP solution.
  • Project Support: Collaborate with project teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to client specifications. Support the monitoring of project progress and issue resolution.
  • Training and Support: Provide end-user training, documentation, and support to ensure that clients can effectively use SAP PP, QM, and PM modules. Provide ongoing post-implementation support and troubleshooting.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP developments, trends, and best practices. Proactively suggest enhancements and optimizations for SAP PP, QM, and PM processes.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and customizing SAP PP, QM, and PM modules, with a strong understanding of integrated processes across production, quality management, and plant maintenance.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. SAP certifications in PP, QM, and PM modules are highly preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong expertise in SAP PP, QM, and PM modules, including configuration, customization, and integration with other modules (MM, SD, PM).
    • Proven experience in business process mapping and translating business requirements into SAP solutions for production, quality, and maintenance processes.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in SAP configurations and operations.
    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and engage with clients at all levels.
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
