Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SAP FI Consultant with expertise in SAP VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in delivering end-to-end solutions, ensuring seamless integration of invoicing processes and compliance with global and local regulations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and participate in SAP FI and VIM implementations, rollouts, and support projects.
  • Gather business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and design SAP solutions.
  • Configure and customize SAP FI (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Banking).
  • Configure and support OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM), ICC/ICR, and associated components (e.g., Business Center, Archive Center).
  • Perform system analysis, debugging, and troubleshooting of VIM workflows and integration points (including OCR, email capture, archive, SAP AP).
  • Provide guidance on SAP best practices, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrated processes.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, provide end-user training, and create documentation.
  • Support financial closing processes and reporting requirements.
  • Work on SAP S/4HANA migration and optimization projects.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
  • ​​​​​​​8+ years of experience as an SAP FI Consultant.
  • Expertise in SAP VIM configuration and optimalization (opentext VIM preferred).
  • Knowledge of other OpenText modules (e.g., xECM, Extended ECM for SAP).
  • Understanding of compliance requirements in AP automation (e.g., tax compliance, e-invoicing).
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • S/4HANA Certification in FICO.
  • Experience with Central Finance, Group Reporting, or Treasury modules.
  • Exposure to Agile methodology and tools like Jira/Confluence.
