SAP RE FX Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP RE-FX (Flexible Real Estate Management) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP RE-FX functionalities and hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting RE-FX solutions within S/4HANA and ECC environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or support end-to-end implementation of SAP RE-FX modules, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, data migration, training, and post-go-live support.

• Analyze business requirements and design RE-FX solutions related to lease-in, lease-out, contract management, and valuation processes.

• Configure and maintain RE-FX master data and perform integration with FI, CO, PS, and MM modules.

• Support IFRS 16 and ASC 842 lease accounting compliance processes.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders including finance, asset management, and facility teams to gather requirements and ensure solution alignment.

• Develop functional specifications for custom developments and work with ABAP developers.

• Conduct system testing, user training, and documentation.

• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for existing RE-FX processes and enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP RE-FX.

• At least 1 full lifecycle implementation project in RE-FX.

• Strong knowledge of lease accounting standards (IFRS 16, ASC 842).

• Experience with S/4HANA is highly preferred.

• Strong understanding of integration between RE-FX and other SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, PS).

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Fluent in [English – or specify language requirements].

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP RE-FX Certification.

• Exposure to public cloud or SAP BTP is a plus.

• Experience in data migration tools (LSMW, BAPIs, etc.).

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
