Test Lead – Brazil Tax Reform Program

We are looking for an experienced Test Lead to support the Brazil Tax Reform implementation program. This professional will be responsible for leading and coordinating all testing activities related to SAP tax reform changes, e-invoice integrations, and impacted business processes across multiple systems and business areas.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience with SAP projects, test management, and complex integration scenarios, preferably involving tax, invoicing, and regulatory compliance initiatives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end testing activities for the Brazil Tax Reform program.
  • Coordinate SIT, UAT, regression, smoke, and integration testing cycles.
  • Prepare and maintain test plans, test scenarios, and execution tracking.
  • Coordinate defect management in ALM and prioritize issue resolution with technical and functional teams.
  • Support business users during UAT execution and provide testing guidance.
  • Monitor testing progress and communicate risks, blockers, and status updates to project leadership.
  • Ensure alignment between business requirements, functional specifications, and test coverage.
  • Coordinate cross-functional testing involving SAP and external systems.
  • Support go-live preparation, cutover activities, and hypercare stabilization.
  • Work closely with PMO, SAP consultants, developers, Basis, security, and business stakeholders.

Required Skills
  • Strong experience as a Test Lead or Senior Test Analyst in SAP projects.
  • Experience with tax-related implementations and regulatory projects.
  • Solid understanding of testing methodologies:
    • SIT
    • UAT
    • Regression Testing
    • Integration Testing
    • Smoke Testing
  • Experience with ALM or similar test management tools.
  • Strong defect management and reporting skills.
  • Experience coordinating global or large-scale testing activities.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced English level for participation in global meetings.

Technical Knowledge
  • SAP ERP / S4HANA
Nice to Have
  • Experience with Brazil Tax Reform initiatives.
  • Knowledge of SAP tax solutions and localization.
  • Understanding of SoD and compliance validation.
