Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP DRC Outbound Consultant to support and lead outbound document processing and integration scenarios using SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC). This role focuses on e-invoicing, legal reporting, and electronic document submission to government platforms in line with country-specific regulations (e.g., Italy SDI, Hungary NAV, Spain SII, etc.).
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP eDocument Framework, DRC configuration, Output Control, and integration with SAP S/4HANA or ECC environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and configure SAP DRC (formerly ACR) for outbound scenarios, particularly e-invoicing and statutory outbound reporting.
Develop and maintain configurations for eDocument Framework, output types, and mappings.
Integrate SAP DRC with SAP SD/MM/FI modules for invoice and transaction document generation.
Ensure compliance with local legal requirements in supported countries (e.g., PEPPOL, CFDI, SDI, NAV, SII, etc.).
Customize Output Management (BRF+, Adobe Forms, Smartforms) to enable correct invoice format and transmission logic.
Coordinate with external middleware or service providers (e.g., PEPPOL Access Point, SAP CPI, Sovos, Pagero) for outbound document submission.
Monitor and troubleshoot the eDocument Cockpit and related outbound processes.
Participate in testing cycles including integration testing and user acceptance testing for DRC scenarios.
Stay updated with changing country-specific compliance regulations and SAP Notes related to e-invoicing and statutory reporting.
Prepare documentation and train business users on the e-invoicing process via DRC.
