Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, strong analytical skills, and the ability to configure and optimize SAP financial solutions. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, gathering requirements, implementing solutions, and supporting SAP S/4HANA transformations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and enhance SAP FI (GL, AR, AP, AA, Banking, Taxes) and CO (Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis) modules.

  • Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of SAP FICO solutions.

  • Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

  • Work on SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations, upgrades, and migrations.

  • Perform data migration and integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, etc.).

  • Collaborate with business users and IT teams to troubleshoot issues and provide end-user training.

  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

  • Ensure compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and local accounting standards.

  • Work on SAP enhancements, reports (SAP Fiori, SAP BW), and custom developments.

  • Coordinate with ABAP developers for technical requirements and debugging.

  • Implement taxation and regulatory compliance as per country-specific legal requirements.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in SAP FICO configuration and implementation.

  • Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance and SAP ECC 6.0.

  • Expertise in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), and Profit Center Accounting (PCA).

  • Experience with Product Costing (PC), Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), and Material Ledger (ML).

  • Strong understanding of financial processes, IFRS, GAAP, and taxation.

  • Hands-on experience in integration with SAP MM, SD, PP, and other modules.

  • Knowledge of SAP Fiori, SAP BW, and reporting tools.

  • Experience in data migration (LSMW, BAPI, IDOCs, ALE).

  • Good understanding of Controlling (CO) processes like Internal Orders, Cost Object Controlling, and Activity-Based Costing.

  • Hands-on experience in writing functional specifications for ABAP development.

  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
