Key Responsibilities
People Management & Leadership
- Act as people manager for SAP MM/SD consultants and junior team members
- Provide regular coaching, mentoring, and professional guidance to support career development
- Support onboarding, performance feedback, and individual development planning
- Foster knowledge sharing, best practices, and a collaborative team culture within the MM/SD unit
- Deliver senior-level functional consulting in SAP MM and SD across implementation, rollout, and support projects
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP MM/SD solutions
- Support and guide junior consultants in day-to-day project activities and problem-solving
- Participate in testing, go-live, and post-go-live support activities
- Collaborate closely with international project teams and business stakeholders
Requirements
- Strong experience as a Senior SAP MM/SD Consultant
- Solid functional expertise in SAP MM and SD
- Consulting mindset with openness to mentoring junior colleagues
- Experience in international project environments
- Fluent English
