We are looking for an experienced SAP PP Consultant with strong SAP PP-PI (Production Planning for Process Industries) expertise to join our SAP team. In this role, you will drive business process improvements, implement end-to-end SAP Production Planning solutions, and support ongoing projects and enhancements. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in manufacturing processes, hands-on SAP PP/PP-PI configuration expertise, and the ability to deliver integrated solutions across multiple SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP PP/PP-PI solutions.
• Configure and customize the SAP PP module, including MRP, work centers, routings, BOMs, production orders, and PP-PI functionalities.
• Design and implement SAP PP/PP-PI solutions in line with industry best practices.
• Provide functional support to SAP PP end users, including user training and documentation.
• Integrate SAP PP with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, QM, PM, and WM.
• Participate in all project phases, including blueprinting, design, configuration, testing (UT, IT, UAT), go-live, and hypercare.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver reports, enhancements, interfaces, and custom developments.
• Troubleshoot production planning issues and provide timely resolutions within agreed SLAs.
• Support data migration and cutover activities related to PP master and transactional data.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements or custom solutions.
• Stay up to date with SAP S/4HANA innovations, Fiori applications, and manufacturing best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience as an SAP PP Consultant.
• Proven experience in at least 3 full-cycle SAP implementations.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP PP-PI (Production Planning for Process Industries) – this is a mandatory requirement.
• Strong configuration experience in SAP PP, including MRP, BOMs, routings, production orders, capacity planning, demand management, and production execution.
• Experience integrating SAP PP with MM, SD, QM, PM, and WM.
• Experience with interfaces, IDocs, and integration testing.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA; experience with S/4HANA Manufacturing is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP Fiori applications for Production Planning.
• SAP Certification in PP or SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing.
• Experience working in Agile and/or SAFe environments.

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Languages

• Fluent English is required.
• German is an advantage.
