We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Lead with strong capabilities in Organizational Change Management (OCM), testing coordination, and training management. The successful candidate will lead and integrate these critical activities within SAP transformation projects, ensuring effective collaboration between business and IT teams and driving user adoption and project success.

This role requires a hands-on leader who can align change, testing, and training workstreams while maintaining a strong delivery focus. Fluent English communication is essential, as the role involves working in an international project environment.

Key Responsibilities

SAP Project Leadership

  • Lead SAP project activities with a strong focus on OCM, testing, and training alignment

  • Act as the primary point of contact for OCM-related topics within the SAP project

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure dependencies between workstreams are managed

  • Support project planning, governance, reporting, and risk management

Organizational Change Management (OCM)

  • Define and execute the OCM strategy aligned with SAP project objectives

  • Perform change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses

  • Develop and manage communication and engagement plans

  • Support business leaders and key users throughout the change lifecycle

  • Track adoption and readiness KPIs and address resistance proactively

Testing Collaboration

  • Work closely with testing leads to ensure strong business involvement in SIT, UAT, and regression testing

  • Coordinate business test preparation, execution, and issue resolution

  • Ensure business validation of SAP solutions from a change and usability perspective

Training Management

  • Define the training approach based on role and process changes

  • Coordinate training content development and delivery across multiple formats

  • Manage training schedules, participant communication, and logistics

  • Ensure training effectiveness and readiness for go-live

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in SAP project delivery, with a strong focus on OCM

  • Proven experience leading or coordinating OCM, testing, and training activities in SAP projects

  • Solid understanding of SAP testing phases and business involvement requirements

  • Experience in training management within large-scale SAP implementations

  • Fluent English language skills

  • Ability to communicate confidently in English with international stakeholders at all levels

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills

  • Strong organizational, planning, and coordination capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation projects

  • Knowledge of structured change management methodologies (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR)

  • Experience in international and multi-country SAP programs

  • SAP and/or Change Management certifications are an advantage
