We are looking for an experienced SAP TM Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Transportation Management. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in SAP TM implementation, configuration, and support within complex transportation, supply chain, and logistics environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, configure, and support SAP TM solutions.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP TM solutions.
• Support end-to-end transportation management and logistics processes.
• Configure and optimize SAP TM functionalities according to business needs.
• Support transportation planning, execution, freight management, and settlement processes.
• Perform incident analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure effective SAP TM solutions.
• Support system enhancements, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure the stability and efficient operation of SAP TM processes.

Requirements

• Strong experience as an SAP TM Consultant.
• Hands-on experience with SAP TM implementation, configuration, and support.
• Solid understanding of transportation management, freight, and logistics processes.
• Experience in SAP TM process design and optimization.
• Knowledge of transportation planning, execution, and freight settlement processes.
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of assigned topics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• English proficiency for international communication.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management.
• Experience in complex transportation, supply chain, and logistics environments.
• Experience in SAP TM rollout or implementation projects.
• Experience with integration between SAP TM and other SAP modules, such as SAP EWM, SAP SD, or SAP MM.
• Experience in long-term support or application maintenance roles.
